Trygg VVS melder at borearbeider i kjeller vil starte opp rundt månedsskiftet, tidligst sent i neste uke. Det er bedre med for mye tildekking enn for lite, ta vare på tingene i kjelleren. De som har boder som blir direkte berørt vil bli kontaktet av Michael i Trygg VVS.
For de som skal pusse opp badet og er uten toalett og dusj i lengre perioder, har Trygg VVS og styret blitt enige om at det vil innredes fasiliteter for dette på handicaptoalettet i fellesrommet i 242 mens prosjektet pågår. For de som har små barn og velger å være hjemme så finnes det muligheter for å bruke portabelt toalett. Snakk med Trygg VVS ved førbefaring og eventuelt bestillingsmøte.
Update on water mains renewal project – October 25th
We have made a project page to collect all information related to the upcoming water mains project. There you will find the project information folder from Trygg VVS that was distributed during the information meeting on October 22nd. All owners and residents need to read and understand what is in that folder. If you do not read Norwegian, you will need to get a friendly neighbour to translate or contact the project management.
Trygg VVS are reporting that the drilling in the basements starts in the end of the month, at earliest in the end of next week. It is better to cover too much than cover too little. Those who have storage lockers in the basement that are directly affected by the work will be contacted by Michael in Trygg VVS.
For those that want to remodel the entire bathroom through TryggVVS / Sans Bygg and will be without shower and toilet for a long time, temporary shower and toilet facilities will be available in the basement in Maridalsveien 242. For residents with small children that choose to stay home during the remodeling, there is an option to also use portable toilets. Talk to Trygg VVS during the initial inspection or at the ordering meeting.
